Whether you want to learn to bake with your better half or just up your game for Valentine's presents. We're show you how to create the ultimate selection in bakery treats to impress your partner.
We'll be showing you how to make sea salted caramel ganache truffles, individual decadent chocolate tortes, mini Persian love cakes and for something savoury, double cheese, rosemary and black pepper sables. We will also be making heart-shaped pizzas for lunch. Nothing is too much when it comes to Valentine's Day!!
The class will be held at our bakery unit, just outside of Pontypool. A 30 minute drive out of Cardiff. The class will begin at 9:00am and finish at 3:00pm approximately. All refreshments and lunch will be provided.

FAQ: What time can I collect my order?
Your order will be available to collect from your chosen site from 10AM and will continue to be available until the closing time for each individual site.
How much time do I need to leave from placing the order to collection?
Please allow us 2 working days to process and make your order.
Will you have croissant bombs available online?
We make croissant bombs in limited numbers and are solely available in our Wellfield Road and Bayscape sites.
