Scandinavian baking is the best kind of baking to practise on a dreary winter's day, as it provides the ultimate comfort.
On this class, we will be touching on the classics of Scandinavian baking. Think kanelbullar, dark rye bread, hindbaersnitter and more.
The class will be held at our bakery unit located just outside of Pontypool, a 30 minute drive out of Cardiff. The class will begin at 9:30am and finish at 4:00pm approximately. All refreshments and lunch will be provided.

FAQ: What time can I collect my order?
Your order will be available to collect from your chosen site from 10AM and will continue to be available until the closing time for each individual site.
How much time do I need to leave from placing the order to collection?
Please allow us 2 working days to process and make your order.
Will you have croissant bombs available online?
We make croissant bombs in limited numbers and are solely available in our Wellfield Road and Bayscape sites.
