A two-day lamination class which will see you make a plethora of pastries. All lamination will be carried out by hand, in order for you to see how easy it is for you to make your very own pastries in your own kitchen. We will cover every aspect of the lamination process, showing you tips and tricks to ensure you finish the process with a high-end quality product. 

You will make all the classics, croissant, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins, our TMB cinnamon bun and pain Suisse. We will also demonstrate how any leftover pastries can be transformed into showstopper breakfasts. 

This will be a two-day day. Sunday 10am - 4pm // Monday 9:30am - approximately 4pm. 

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

FAQ: What time can I collect my order?

Your order will be available to collect from your chosen site from 10AM and will continue to be available until the closing time for each individual site.

How much time do I need to leave from placing the order to collection?

Please allow us 2 working days to process and make your order.

Will you have croissant bombs available online?

We make croissant bombs in limited numbers and are solely available in our Wellfield Road and Bayscape sites.
