Italy isn't just all about pizza. It has a wonderful history of regional breads.
On this course, we'll be diving into the world of Italian breads, all made by hand so you can easily replicate what you make on the course in your own kitchen.
You will be making focaccia, ciabatta, pizza, maritozzi and last but not least taralli.
This is a full-day course, beginning at 9:30am - 4:30pm approximately. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

FAQ: What time can I collect my order?
Your order will be available to collect from your chosen site from 10AM and will continue to be available until the closing time for each individual site.
How much time do I need to leave from placing the order to collection?
Please allow us 2 working days to process and make your order.
Will you have croissant bombs available online?
We make croissant bombs in limited numbers and are solely available in our Wellfield Road and Bayscape sites.
