Lance and Angharad will share all of their combined bread experience and knowledge with you to show you how easy and enjoyable it is to make bread from scratch!
From pitta bread, a weekly loaf, pizza dough and soda bread. We get you to master the basics so you have a good grounding to build on your bread making journey.
Course day will be held at Ty Melin Bakery HQ itself, Usk Vale Park in Pontypool, just a 30 minute drive out of Cardiff. The course will start at 9:30AM and finish at 4PM. Lunch and refreshments will be provided and please bring suitable bags and tupperware with you in order for you to be able to take home all the items you make on the day of the course.

FAQ: What time can I collect my order?
Your order will be available to collect from your chosen site from 10AM and will continue to be available until the closing time for each individual site.
How much time do I need to leave from placing the order to collection?
Please allow us 2 working days to process and make your order.
Will you have croissant bombs available online?
We make croissant bombs in limited numbers and are solely available in our Wellfield Road and Bayscape sites.
