Boulangerie at its best! Come and learn how to make the quintessential bakes of France. You will make a selection of breads from Brioche, fougasse, and pain de mie. We will also make some delicious tea cakes, think madeleines and friands. Learn all the tips and tricks for you to recreate these breads in your very own kitchen.
This is a full-day course, beginning at 9:30am and finishing at approximately 4:00pm. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

FAQ: What time can I collect my order?
Your order will be available to collect from your chosen site from 10AM and will continue to be available until the closing time for each individual site.
How much time do I need to leave from placing the order to collection?
Please allow us 2 working days to process and make your order.
Will you have croissant bombs available online?
We make croissant bombs in limited numbers and are solely available in our Wellfield Road and Bayscape sites.
