One of Angharad and Lance's obsessions... enriched dough.
This class you will be learning all about how we make the magic happen in dough with the inclusion of butter, eggs and sugar!
You will be making a selection of breads: babka, brioche Nanterre, Viennese baguettes, challah and doughnuts.
!WARNING! Once you've mastered how to make and handle enriched doughs, make sure you have enough people to feed or enough freezer space as it may become an obsession!
Course day will be held at Ty Melin Bakery HQ itself, Usk Vale Park in Pontypool, just a 30 minute drive out of Cardiff. The course will start promptly at 9:30AM and finish at 4PM. All refreshments and lunch will be provided. Please bring a bag and suitable tupperware with you in order to transport your wonderful creations home.

FAQ: What time can I collect my order?
Your order will be available to collect from your chosen site from 10AM and will continue to be available until the closing time for each individual site.
How much time do I need to leave from placing the order to collection?
Please allow us 2 working days to process and make your order.
Will you have croissant bombs available online?
We make croissant bombs in limited numbers and are solely available in our Wellfield Road and Bayscape sites.
