Join us for an evening with master baker, Edd Kimber as he chats about his new book, his love letter to chocolate:
Chocolate Baking: The Ultimate Guide to Cakes, Cookies, Desserts & Pastries.
The event will take place at our Wellfield Rd shop on Monday 30th March at 6:30pm.
There will be drinks on arrival plus tasters which we will be making from Edd’s new book. You will also have a chance to put your baking questions to Edd and have your book signed by the man himself.
Author Biography: Edd Kimber is a bestselling food writer and baker from London. He is the author of multiple bestselling baking books and writes for Olive Magazine and Bake From Scratch. His work can also be found on Substack, @eddkimber, and Instagram, @theboywhobakes. Edd has appeared TV shows such as Good Morning America, Saturday Kitchen and Sunday Brunch, as well as on the inaugural series of The Great British Bake Off of which he was the winner.

Your order will be available to collect from your chosen site from 10AM and will continue to be available until the closing time for each individual site.
How much time do I need to leave from placing the order to collection?
Please allow us 2 working days to process and make your order.
Will you have croissant bombs available online?
We make croissant bombs in limited numbers and are solely available in our Wellfield Road and Bayscape sites.
