Cake is a big part of life at Ty Melin Bakery, it's one of the products that unites everyone who works in the bakery.
We're all about the classics but modernised and personalised. Being pastry chefs as well as bakers, Angharad and Lance bring flavour, texture and finesse to all confectionery they create. This is what they will be showcasing on this course.
You will be making a variety of cakes, including our quintessential brownie and sticky double ginger cake amongst others.
The day will be held at Ty Melin Bakery HQ itself, Usk Vale Park in Pontypool, just a 30 minute drive out of Cardiff. The course will begin at 9:30AM and finish at 4:00PM approximately. All refreshments and lunch will be provided.

FAQ: What time can I collect my order?
Your order will be available to collect from your chosen site from 10AM and will continue to be available until the closing time for each individual site.
How much time do I need to leave from placing the order to collection?
Please allow us 2 working days to process and make your order.
Will you have croissant bombs available online?
We make croissant bombs in limited numbers and are solely available in our Wellfield Road and Bayscape sites.
